These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services offered by Photobooth360.mu, a service operated under Tidal Spark Ltd, Mauritius.
We’ve structured this section in a FAQ format to ensure transparency and easy understanding. For any further clarification, feel free to contact us directly.
Do You Require a Site Visit Before the Event?
Yes. A mandatory site visit must be scheduled at least a few weeks prior to the event. This allows us to assess the setup area and confirm safety requirements. Failure to arrange this may result in deployment cancellation.
What Are the Space and Location Requirements?
- Minimum space: 4m x 4m (5m x 5m ideal). Location must be indoor or in a professionally secured and covered outdoor area.
- For tent setups, the tent must be professional-grade, anchored to the ground, and enclosed on at least three sides.
- Ground must be flat, stable, and insulated (preferably with wooden pallets) to avoid electrical hazards.
- If the distance from the closest parking area to the booth setup exceeds 50 meters, the client must assist with logistics (trolley, buggy, etc.).
- A 13 AMP power socket (UK or French type) must be available within 20 meters.
- Setup area should ideally be in a corner to avoid guest traffic.
📌 Non-compliance may result in cancellation of deployment with a 25% cancellation fee.
How Does Booking and Payment Work?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 60 days in advance. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event.
For bookings within 60 days, 100% full payment is required upfront.
Bookings are confirmed only upon payment. Slots are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
What’s the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
More than 45 days prior: 25%
30–45 days prior: 30%
15–30 days prior: 40%
7–15 days prior: 60%
Less than 7 days prior: 100%
What’s Included in the Service?
- Unlimited sessions during booked hours
- Friendly hostesses & tech team on site
- High-speed internet for instant sharing
- One-year free cloud video storage
- Studio-grade lighting
- Fun props and message cards
- Free transport up to 60km (round trip)
- Company branding on videos (on request for corporate events)
Are There Any Additional Charges?
Additional fees may apply in the following cases:
Transport: For round-trip distances over 60km, charges range between Rs 800–2000.
Early Setup (before 10:00) or Late Setup (after 18:30 summer / 17:30 winter) incur fees between Rs 1500–2000/hour, depending on time and location.
Can I Customize the Videos?
Yes. We offer:
- Custom video watermarks or branding overlays for corporate or themed events
- Popular and trending music in sync with the guest’s movements
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event
How Long Is My Content Stored?
All event videos are stored securely in the cloud and accessible via a private link for 1 year.
You may extend storage for Rs 7500/year.
Guests receive instant sharing options via QR code, AirDrop, or email.
What If There’s Equipment Damage?
If damage occurs due to:
- Guest or client negligence
- Unstable or unsafe venue conditions
- Electrical issues not in line with our requirements
You will be billed a damage fee of up to MUR 95,000, payable within 10 working days to Tidal Spark Ltd.
What Happens in Case of Non-Compliance at the Event?
If the setup area or conditions do not meet our mandatory safety and operational standards, Photobooth360.mu reserves the right to cancel the deployment on the spot.
A 25% cancellation fee of the invoice applies to cover transport, staffing, and logistics.
