How it works
Booking a 360 video booth should be the easiest part of planning your event. Here is exactly what happens, and what we need from you along the way.
The date, the type of event, the location, roughly how many guests and how many hours you want the booth. The quote form, WhatsApp or email — whichever is easiest.
We confirm a team is free on your date and send a quote. Nothing is held until you confirm.
Dates are secured on payment, first come first served. More than 60 days ahead, a 50% deposit holds it; closer than that, the booking is paid in full.
We visit the venue a few weeks before to agree placement, power and access. Send your overlay artwork and any music requests at least seven days before the event.
We arrive, set up the platform, lights, stanchions and sharing station, and our hostess runs the booth for your whole booking.
You receive a private link to every clip from the night, stored securely in the cloud for a year.
Payment, cancellation and venue terms in full: conditions of operation.
On the night
Guests step onto the sleek 360 platform, alone or with friends. The hostess helps them on and suggests a pose — or a move.
The camera arm glides around the platform, filming every angle at up to 240 frames per second under studio lighting.
Within seconds the clip is finished in slow motion with your overlay, music, transitions and effects.
Guests preview it at the sharing station and take it by QR code, AirDrop or email — ready for Instagram and TikTok.
Venue checklist
Most venues tick every box without trying. The site visit is where we confirm it together.
A clear area of 5 m × 5 m is ideal, and 4 m × 4 m is the minimum — the camera arm needs room to turn and guests need room to queue around it. We also need a small table nearby for the sharing station. A corner works best, so the booth does not block the flow of the room.
Yes, as long as the area is properly covered. If it is under a tent, the tent must be professional-grade, anchored to the ground and closed on at least three sides, so the equipment is protected from rain and wind. The ground must be flat and stable — ideally insulated, for example with wooden pallets.
One standard 13 A socket (UK or French type) within 20 metres of the setup. Nothing more specialised than that.
Yes — a site visit is part of every booking, arranged a few weeks before the event. It lets us confirm the space, the power and the access, and agree where the booth will stand, so nothing is left to chance on the day.
The equipment is heavy and cannot be carried by hand over long distances. If the setup area is more than 50 metres from where our vehicle can park, we will ask the venue or organiser to provide safe transport for it — a buggy, trolley, cart or lift.
Yes, but tell us your timings when you ask for a quote. Setting up before 10:00, starting late in the evening, or having the booth set up and idle before it is needed all mean our team is on standby, so an hourly standby fee applies. The conditions of operation set out exactly when.
